So I just got back from my friends house, and he was talking about murdering his step mother. I tried to play the good friend and not deviate nor agree with his planned future actions, but I think he's just too drunk to care. I doubt he'll follow through with it being he's usually a religious guy (very paranoid at that, thinks every other politician is definitely the anti-christ.) He attempted to legitimize the vengeful murder as divine retribution, and that whatever odd astral fuckup is to blame would forgive his actions and view the murder as just and let it slide. Also, I saw some anarchists do spoken word poetry, it was a...weird day.

There's a need for John Henry's like my friend aforementioned, a need for average people to be vocal about the wrongs being done, this guy is an amazing guitarist with awesome potential and a strange light about him. Emerson says that anyone could have been Shakespeare, they just didn't have the motivation or inspiration. Why are there no John Henry's right now? Is there really that little to inspire left in Americans? I see potential in my cities art community every day but no direction, no fire to kindle, just money to be made and its fucking sick.
